Supplying a steady stream of heat through heat elements in the base and through heat lamps above, this appliance ensures consistent warming across the surface of your food, keeping it optimally maintained until the point of serving. The addition of a toughened glass sneeze screen also protects any produce from contamination from customers, making this unit apt for assisted service catering such as in a canteen.
