The machine comes with high precision settings and a comprehensive cutter and disc design which ensure the perfect cut of vegetables every time. It can be fitted with a wide range of discs and grinds for the best cut, and has the option of over 35 different discs. It also has an ergonomic design, the product is sliced in one easy movement. The 4.4 lt-bowl is equipped with a lateral stirrer and high shaft to obtain a bigger production. This avoids the product overheating.
