Ideal for care homes, restaurants or canteens, it is a powerful and versatile hot cupboard, with a wide range of options including fitted heated gantries, tray slides and tray runners.
Durable stainless-steel construction with 4 heavy duty castors (two locking) and sliding doors on both sides for pass through operation. Doors and shelves are removable for easy cleaning and the hot cupboard is double skinned with insulation for energy efficiency and fast heat up times. Thermostatically regulated, ideal for holding plates and foods at service temperature up to 85c.
