This Lincat Opus 800 OE8105/OP Twin Tank Basket Electric Fryer With Oil Filtration 19 Litres is equipped with two tanks to regulate the continued output of food such as chips. Frying food without needing to stop with this high performance fryer. Fitted with a single pump filtration system will filter your oil and make it ready for use in five minutes, whilst simultaneously removing the risk and effort of lifting and exchanging heavy oil barrels which is typical of other fryers.
