The Imperial CIFS-50-OP Single Tank Twin Basket Gas Fryer 27 Litres is great for fries, chicken, onion rings and so much more, the CIFS-50’s 4 high efficiency cast iron tube fired burners provide a large heat transfer area, and fast recovery. Offering 25kg per hour frying production.
Imperial IFS-50-OP freestanding natural gas fryer you can choose to double the amount you produce per batch, or regulate your output by setting each basket in at different intervals, ensuring your customers are provided with the food they want, even during busy times.
The unit’s large cool zone traps crumbs and other contaminants, extending your oil’s life by preventing spoilage. The thermostat on the device is fast acting and has a minimal response time to ensure uniformity with every cook.
