What is the maximum gastronorm pan size compatible with this freezer?
The Foster Xtra can fit a maximum of 3x double size (2/1) pans. Other configurations of 2/1 are suitable too, such as two full size pans back-to-back. Smaller pans can be positioned on the adjustable shelves if required.
