The E3512 Electric Salamander Grill from Falcon’s highly popular Dominator Plus range is well suited to commercial kitchens where gas is not available or electric equipment is preferred. This 1/1 Gastronorm compatible grill features a fast-heating single element controlled by an energy regulator for simple adjustment of the cooking temperature, double-cased with internal insulation to aid heat retention in the chamber, five shelf positions for cooking flexibility and a reversible branding plate. Additionally there are 3 mounting options available; bench legs, wall bracket or floor stand. Stainless steel construction and an oil collection tray mounted on the grid shelf makes this unit robust and easy to clean.
