Cooling is provided by a powerful forced air system, which effectively channels the air to all parts of the interior, ensuring a reliably cool environment for maximum food hygiene. Controls are easy too, thanks to the intuitive digital control panel which also displays the cabinet temperature at all times. The cooling and insulation is very effective, ensuring an efficient operation even when kitchen temperatures reach as high as 43°C.
