The LBM Lincat Lynx 400 bain marie is a great choice for providing reliable warming for up to two quarter-size (1/4GN) gastronorm pans of food. Supplied with the pans and lids as standard, the Lincat lets you keep your sauces, soups and other pre-cooked foods at the ideal serving temperature for extended periods – all without the need for filling with water.
As a dry heat plug-and-play bain marie, the LBM can be used wherever it’s needed most – there’s no need for hardwired electrical connections or plumbing – perfect for event catering or as part of a breakfast service. Simple dial temperature control makes the Lincat bain marie exceptionally easy to use, whilst the strong stainless steel construction ensures easy cleaning and maintenance.
