This means food can be reheated or cooked, directly in oven using this bowl, providing it is up to the stated temperature. It is perfect for serving soups and stews, side dishes, desserts, etc. Made out of high quality polycarbonate plastic. It is dishwasher safe, microwave safe for reheating food and hot trolley safe. Designed for use with leading manufacturers’ hot trolley systems. The bowls can be stored in freezers for pre-prepared meals, but please note they are not suitable for direct transfer from freezer to the oven.
