The Foster BCT15-7 Blast Chiller Freezer Cabinet 15kg blast chiller / freezer range provides the ideal way to ensure quality and food safety is maximized in every kitchen, large or small. Previously limited to a blast chilling capacity only, Foster’s new upgraded range includes a freeze capacity. The range is said to have ‘freeze’ capacity as there is no integrated defrost system, meaning users needing to blast freeze on a regular basis should choose the dedicated BCT range. Shelves or gastronorm 1/1 pans are not included but can be purchased from the options below.
Refrigerant R290 is an eco-friendly hydrocarbon which has very low global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential also it has no direct impact on the greenhouse effect.
