Enjoy perfectly crushed garlic without the fuss and mess with this Fish Garlic Press from Kikkerland. Start with a fresh clove of garlic. You can leave the peel on or remove it – either works. Place the garlic clove on a clean, flat surface, such as a cutting board. Take the fish garlic press and apply firm, even pressure to the clove, back and forth over the clove, pressing down as you go. You’ll hear the clove give way and break apart. The crushed garlic will now be easy to gather. Use a spoon, spatula, or the edge of your knife to scoop or scrape the minced garlic directly into your pan or mixing bowl.
