Supplied with a rotary blade, the Mandoline produces accurate julienne cuts (3mm wide) and French fries (10mm wide), guaranteeing consistent results for impeccable presentation. It also can also produce straight cuts using the flat blade, or criss cross using the fluted blade – giving you excellent flexibility when it comes to fruit and veg preparation.
