The Falcon F900 Series G9081 Freestanding Single Bullseye Gas Boiling Hob 400mm 10.3kW is a single, heavy duty cast iron plate. Able to provide temperatures of up to 450°C in the centre of the bullseye, you can quickly move pans around the surface for precision temperature regulation, without having to adjust thermostats. For additional versatility, the central bullseye section can be removed, allowing access to the powerful 10kW central burner. Reliable heavy duty performance for the busiest commercial kitchens. Fitted with a sturdy fixed stand which doubles as vital additional storage space for your kitchen. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
